Yeah you can. Try NetLimter 2, search for the website with Google.

wuts the point u can't really do shit with their IP......if they use a router u only can get their external IP such as 99.244.138.230 and u can't get their internal router IP such as 192.168.10.105

i DDoS attacked my school's computers and my computer teacher was so dam pissed he tried to track my IP but i used proxy server =D

if you have a wireless router then yes its possible. if you open your command prompt and type in find IP you can show your IP or go to www.myip.com.
