then click on the links to the type of avatar you want ie animals comics ect in the categories part,
download the one you want then link your avatar to photobucket or imageshack,

if those links have not got what you want then google avatars... Idea

me i find it easier to find a pic you like thats about no biger that 300x300 pixels, right click on the pic view properties of the pic get the url it's at and copy and paste, voila! you finished uploading your avatar. or you can upload one from your machine
