Last pics I posted were like, August 10th ish iirc. This is now.

Yes, I know my chest is shit right now, same with lower abs. I just won't have the equipment to work chest further than pushups until winter break.

Decent I guess. I'm still really small overall, 160lbs at 6' last time I checked. I just want to get rid of a lot of the fat I have before starting to bulk.

You need to work on how you hold your face when taking pictures. You always look so unnatural.

I normally don't give a shit mostly. It's pics of my torso lol. I do agree with you though in that it looks unnatural.

Looking good bro. You gonna get a gym membership or something? And worse case find some cinder blocks and get some stuff done that way. Also, there's the convict training you can do as well.

No I don't really do gyms. Everything so far has been just 2 dumbbells. Well, 1 now. I need to get another set because they're not enough anymore so I threw all the weight on one dumbbell. Since I only have 1 I've been doing mostly abb work, concentration curls, and tri extensions. That's why my shoulders are pretty crappy too.

2x8 c curls
3x6 c curls
4/5x20 side bends, each side
5x20 sit ups
5x15 reverse crunches
4/5x15 pushups in varying styles.
4x30 tri extensions, 2 handed not each arm

Either everyday or every other day, never skipping two days.

And btw OP, your shoulders look shit because you're haven't cycled anything yet.

Gotcha gotcha. Worst case, invest in a $10 folding chair and use that if you need to.
