How do I cheat?

Ok so I'm new to hacking, but I have the memory adresses etc for San Andreas, but theyre in binary so 1 = on and 0 = off etc. When I make the trainer, I put in this but I have to press 'allow user to change value' so they can turn it of,

Is there any other way to do it so if you press the corresponding keys it works again? Ty in advance
