Yep,
1. Attach CE
2. Set type to Byte
3. Scan for HP
4. Get hit
5. Scan for Hp again.
6. You should have 5 or so address's left.
7. Get hit while watching the address's, you will end with 2.
One of which is the real one.

for snes emus byte because the snes stores multibyte values in the reverse order than x86
but if you scan with 1 byte it'll work
also, you can scan for 2 byte values, but only as exact value AND you have to convert it first.
e.g 1000: hex=3e8=03e8 inversehex=e803 = 59395
scanning for changes like decrease and increase obviously won't work since an increase can be both a decrease(if the small part stays above 0) or increase (if it underflows)
