Restarted countless times, doesnt help.
Reinstalled, doesnt help.

Any ideas?

you can set up another partition on your hard drive with windows on it that you can run without antivirus on it to run cheat engine on, just make sure you don't scan it with the antivirus and keep all private stuff like credit card numbers off that partition,
you can password your current windows install to protect it from viruses,its a bit of a nuisance choosing your partition and lolling on at startup but its better than having no antivirus protection at all,
you just got a gaming partitition with no private data on it to just run games on then,

or if you got a spare pc network it and use one as the firewall antivirus main pc and the other with all you cheating debugger programs on, you can always use tsearch on the pc with the antivirus on if you need to, and use cheat engine for the more advanced stuff,

when i get that error, i go to device manager and enable CEDDRIVER32 if it is disabled. Then it will work.
