Constantly write to the address in a loop. It will seem to be "frozen".

Use a timer with interval = 1, and keep setting the value / writing to the memory so it appears to be frozen

Put that code in a timer so it will be constantly written.Set the timer to 1 and enable it
enabled=frozen
disabled=unfrozen

Check out my toolkit for memory function uses and such:

For 'freezing' the value, create a timer or thread and have it constantly call the same WriteProcessMemory line.

I would suggest not doing it that way though because it can lead to lag and such on some systems. Instead, debug the game and locate the instruction that sets your addresses value and create a cave to change the value thats being set. Then, create the cave in your trainer by writing the bytes of the cave to the memory.
