Whenever I start my window XP, it takes like 24 hours for it to fully open, and sometimes its showing the loading thing [you know when you start your comp, and you see a loading thing and when the loading thing reaches the end, the comp fullys opens?] it goes back to the beginning of when you open a comp. What should I do?

If it's that bad, it's time for a full OS reinstall, sounds like you have it loaded with malware

I can't scan because I can't even go inside my comp. And, well, I lost my backup CD so the comp is screwed right?

Boot to safe mode and scan..
Also, @agufag, quit being a douchebag, he didn't spam, it was a reasonable way to go, you're the one spamming, still.
