How would I go about changing EIP in OllyDbg ? I assume it's possible.

I think it's a little different when it comes to patching where an address points to.

Assuming you are trying to make an address point to another location, you could accomplish this by using a jump patch.

So you would need to allocate some memory or use an existing cave and write your code in there and use a jmp to make the location jmp to your code.

This is all assuming that the region where you are creating the jmp is not crc'd.

But as for doing what you do in CE where you right click and change registers and put an address in the EIP, I don't think you can do that with olly.

Hmm yep. The application I want to try this with is not protected with anything like CRCs. I know I could overwrite the next instruction with a unconditional jump but I wanted to try changing EIP anyway (for fun haha).
