I am creating a program with c#. It's an anti cheat program in its current stage.

What I need is a game to be frozen until i specify otherwise.

how would I do this?

No not for making an anti cheat. But he wants to make this with C# so there's bound to be something there that may help.

It is about making a anti cheat, so this is the wrong place.
General programming is not really a great place to learn any language.
There are all kinds of programming sites specifically for this purpose.
