You can't get your own domain or server unconditionally for free.

There are some free hosts that allows things such as PHP, and high bandwidth usage. Just use google, and you should be able to find something.

dreamhost.com has ridiculous prices (horrible overselling).
too bad the $99.99 deal doesn't exist anymore. I payed $7 for a year of hosting a while back. my bandwith limit is somewhere around 6tb now and space is over 600gb (again, horrible overselling and they would probably rape me if i used it all, but still)
there's still a $50 off coupon floating around, that's up to you to find though.
