When I click on the Properties>Icon, I select a proper .ico (icon file), an error message would popped saying "Invalid picture"
Why does this happen and how do I solve it and change the icon?
Google it, found nothing on this topic.

That'd be my guess--if that is the case, then it's not working because it isn't really an icon file. Get a .ico file maker.

Invalid size maybe. Make sure it's a valid icon size: 16x16, 32x32, etc.
