Ok, i clicked register i sign in but it stucks there, i cant register it. i click refresh and it give me an error: ie cant open the current page blah blah blah...

know wut to do?

Wait, and try again.

If all else fails - ask MS http://www.microsoft.com/express/support/regfaq/

One thing you shouldn't do, is keep posting more and more threads about this.
