Okay. The first scan always goes fine, but i can never narrow it down! For example, in GTA VC, i want to edit the value of my HP. So i make my first scan my current HP, then i damage myself by fighting people etc, then when its lower i do next scan as that value - but ALL the addresses disapear instead of leaving a few with that value. If i DONT do next scan and look through the many addresses they are none at the new value. This happened to me alot and in many games, etc. Please help!

Use other scanning options (float, byte, double, etc).

The values could be encrypted. If so, sometimes after encryption, the values will still be proportional to their original value. So try scanning unknown initial, don't get hit and move around a bit, etc. Then scan unchanged, then get hit and scan decreased, etc.
If the result after encryption is not proportional, you will have to scan changed value, unchanged value, etc. but that takes ages.
Also as said above, try different memory types.
