well i thought cheat engine should have an 'Always on Top' function, then i started thinking "maybe it's there, im just too stupid to find it" Question

so is there an always on top?

settings->general settings
disable "hide some/all windows when ...."
click "configure hotkey" and set a key to popup/hide cheat engine
