I not being able to install netframe 3.5.............(http before the url......I cant post them yet)

I always get stuck here:

Then,when it retries 5 times i get:

Translation:Error during the instalation of microsoft.net framework 3.5(pre-released version).Intallation did not complete properly.

An error ocurred during the instalation and a report was created with useful informations about the problem.

Inform microsoft about the problem
