when i want to watch this programming video i press watch and it loads windows media player but i get this error saying:

windows mediaplayer cannot find the file. MAke sure you are not listing..... other bull thats not important. anyone know whats wrong? It worked yesterday for me

Doesn't look like its an issue on your side, but instead a mis-location of the files on Microsoft's servers. Give it a bit and see if it gets updated, or send them an email informing them the page is incorrect.
