hey yall, im trying to hack the memory of this game Rise of Nations( which is a RTS game) and i want to change the value of food timber and all but i just cant find the address. ex. i have 500 food and i eneter it into CE and it gives me 10 results OK now i enter the next value search 510 and.... nothing!!!! i cant find the address no matter what , i tried this with other similar programs but with no succes. Is it just RTS games wont work or is just this game?

Here is a way to find it easier..
This will take longer but..

Open up CE...
Check how much Timber Whatever you have..
Scan 'Unknown Initital Value'...
Then get rid of some...
Scan 'Changed Value'
Then scan Unchanged value...
Now get rid of more..
Scan 'Changed Value' again..
Drop some more..
Scan 'Changed Value'..
Now scan 'Unchanged Value'...

What this does is it doesn't scan ONE number, but it scans all of the values that changed from before you got rid of the Timber to after..

So if you get rid of timber, a value will change. So you scan 'Changed Value'... If you don't drop anymore Timber after THAT scan, the value for Timber should be UNCHANGED, so you would scan 'Unchanged Value'..

You would do that until you get a few addresses. Maybe 100 to 50... If you can get less, do so... Mess with the values until you find what you need.

nope, that still wont work. the address just doesnt want to show up which is so weird, you can find the adresses in every game excepts this game . Some times i find the address ans i see the value changing like it should BUT when i change the value DOESNT DO ANYTHING!!!1 Anyways thanks for your help. and i give up
