After you unload the form, me.hide and me.visible no longer work. You will get a "Out of memory" stack error if you try to use the form after it is unloaded.
In any case, 'End' terminates the program, but, you should not use it unless you are positive all objects in your program are unloaded and nulled out.
Anything you use with Set needs to be Set to Nothing, and any extra forms and such need to be unloaded.
If your trainer is simply 1 form, just use Unload Me then End.
