I want to learn how to make a bot for mmorpg's but I don't know where to start, wich program to use.
Can someone give me some tips and advice what to do?

Go to the general programming section and look up tutorials in the sticky on C/C++/ASM.

I would use Autoit, since you have no clue and need to learn.
This would be the easiest to learn and you would gain common programming knowledge from this code.
