Keeping address list without starting a new scan

Okay this has now already two times destroyed my complete list because i forgot that this (something dark byte didn't think of) is there.
When you started a scan AND have an address list you will first be asked if you want to start a new scan. If you click yes you will be asked if you want to keep the list. HOWEVER if you answer NO to starting a new scan it will CLEAR the complete list without asking you weather you want to keep it or not.
