Is there a program that can compress the file even more then a zip file?

You can use a packer, but posting packed exe's on these forums seems to be against everyones religion. But if you plan to release something commercial I suggest you use one for size compression Smile

File, not PE format file. RAR definitely has a better compression ration than ZIP. I've heard that the compression algo that UHARC uses is really good on big files, but the downside is the time it takes to extract.

He never gave a direct file that hes packing, so, I gave him a suggestion for one set of 'files'.
