How do I cheat?

Ok, I got some questions, there it is:


1. Is there only ONE guide that I can count in to make my UCE (and I don't want to read 50 paragraphs)?

2. I read a guide and I did it all, and now what am I supposed to do? I'm not a Delphi programmer.. I tried to click on Run in Delphi and it opened CE (the edited one).. Is that what I'm supposed to do?
