Hey i was wondering if there is a way of making websites think that you have paid and you becomme a member or buying stuff but you dont actually pay??? if there is would someone be able to post it or pm me!! Idea

No. That's not even what the program is for. Cheat Engine is for games, and what it sounds like you're wanting to do would require hacking into their site. Cheat engine changes client side values, information stored on your own computer in the RAM. So if you were playing an online Flash game you could change the amount of points you have or change the score. But CE is not a website hacking tool.
