Cant change the settings..... Anyone???

when i run UCE, and i change the settings, then i push ok my laptop screen goes all blue and has alot of weird lines... i think it should be text... but thats not the point; i cant get my settings to save, and it keeps doing that ever single time.. im not sure what to do. anybody else know how to fix this problem?

well i dont know how to solf this but dont keep trying until you know what to be done.. cause windows bleu screen can damage your whole laptop... so be carefull
