Why when i find adresses on GTA San Andreas there are good, but when i start the game later there aren't the same. What is this some freaky protection or my PC isn't working well? Help FAST!

It's called code shifting. You will need to find the pointer that writes to your address and create an offset from the memory space it is located in.
