Hi programming section. first time posting here lol. anyhow, i've decided that I wanted to learn how to make a .dll trainer (PCOMDebug.dll) to hack maplestory. Just to assemble some scripts into the dll so it activates right when the game starts. do any of you have a tutorial or can teach me how I can make one? I have no programming knowledge whatsoever but I am a quick learner. Any help?

Look in the tutorial sticky for C/ASM tutorials. Start reading them, as right now you lack the experience to make one.

You will have to learn how to program before you make a trainer.
And if you want it just to enable the hacks when you open maple you can unpack if you want.

Just remember that making a DLL isn't like the auto-assemble of CE. You'll have to use your head a little.
