I play Soldier Of Fortune 2 Gold Edition, and I want to throw grenades faster.
I think I need a pointer, but first I need to know how to find the adres of the pointer.

does anyone knows what to scan for?

try out the tutorial that comes with almost every UCE. Get the origional here...it should be in youre CE folder.
