Is it possible to have a series of packets running continuously at a Timer of X Milliseconds but to have just 1 packet run at a different Timer than the OTHER packets?

Example:

Packet 1: Timer: 1000 MS
Packet 2: Timer: 1000 MS
Packet 3: Timer: 5000 MS

If so, how would I go about doing this?

Do you want the packet (or series of) to be sent three times, then wait 5 seconds and send again?
