How do I cheat?

Does anyone have a program i can use to unpack this i have tried Searching Google but no luck and also tryied searchin here no luck also i just need to be able to read whats in this so i can start hack i tried winrar it but that does nothing so if anyone you can help plz do



P.S it for a game called Immortals Usa
