ok im trying to edit an item called volcano bead and turn it into a stone (stone valuble item) heres what i was told to do from a online friend but i cant figure out how to do it

ok now go to the computer icon on cheat engine and load the xiah.exe -click memory vieuw,goto adress -go to 00843418(1st slot) 0084be38(2nd) 00854690(3rd slot) -than goto a vol bead can search for the 4 numbers 87 00 -change them into this to get that item... 3D 02 black stone DF 01 light stone 58 02 blood stone

how can find those 3 and then search for the 4 numbers? im so confused
