Visual c++ is just an IDE(integrated development enviroment) its used mostly to write .NET programs. C++ is the actual language, C++.NET is i think c++ with extra libraries to make it a .NET program.

C++ != .net
C# == .net

Personally, I would say C++ is the better of the two, but Visual C++ is a lot more understandable for Beginners.
Good Luck~

O.o?
Yes, i know C++ is a programming language(Language from a human translated into a form that the computer can interprate.)
You misunderstood me.
Visual C++ is a lot easier to use than C++, But C++ is a lot more developed than MSVC++.
Trust me, i know a bit about C++.
Sorry for the misunderstanding.

I'm not really misunderstanding you. You said visual c++ is easier than c++.... Just read this; http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Visual_C++
An IDE is not a language. If you know C++ you can use any IDE and code in it. The IDE just makes it easier to compile it.

Thats what i meant.
I didn't say it was easier to code, i said it was easier to use, Meaning compile and function wise.I didn't explain myself very well.
My apologies.

Of course, Everyone knows Visual C++ is a lot easier to compile and handle with the fewest troubles.
