VB6 is Virtual Basic 6. A Computer Language and yes, you could make an IB with it.

Even if you do download it, you need to know the language Basic. Why is IB something that needs to be coded. First figure out what an IB is, how it works. All it is is a simple tick on your .CT.

You should delete your CEF Account.
First go to learn the Basics of Hacking and Programming and then come back.
Your totally unknown in those things and it would take a whole time to explain this.
