How do I cheat?

When I run the game (maple story) and CE at the same time my computer reboot, I have tried to run CE first and maple first, nothing works better. Can you please tell me what I am doing wrong? I use CE 5.2

what do you mean by reboots?

like the screen goes black with while text on it saying to do this or that ect...
or does it log off then back on

cause logguing off the going on again is restarting
and for that i dunno..just trying to make things clearer
