| I play Halo PC and I have hacked my name before so I can have all these stylish character map stuff in there. But now I need help with hacking my ping. I need to find out how to change it to 0. My friend did it and I want to too. Do I just scan it normally?

Probably going to be a bit rough might need to set hotkeys for searching unknown has increased / decreased. Trying to type in the number of your ping will probably take too long and by the time you do get it typed in, the ping will probably change again already.
So connect to the server and search for unknown value to start with.
Setup two hotkeys, 1 for unknown value has decreased, and another for unknown value has increased and each time your ping changes hit the appropriate hotkey.

| I don't really think you can hack your ping, aside from the number. Seeing as ping is the amount of data you send and receive from the server, and it's based off of your internets performance, i doubt you could "Hack" this and increase the speed at which it's sending and receiving. Ping is just a number telling you how fast or slow you receive the data, so hacking it wouldn't do anything.

You can use command line to alter it, just depends on how far the game itself will let you change it.
EG: For Medal of HonorAA..
These can effect a number of things i can make my fps go as high as 600 fps.
Or messing with rate i can alter the ms to 999 or as low as 10.
I think the only way to get a latency of 0 is host a game yourself or alter the visual number with memory, But thats useless.
snap 30
rate 10000
com_maxfps 999
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
But on Halo you need to use -console in the target line of your shortcut.
Then in game you can hit tilde key to open your console
TAB shows the commands
If you type Help then the command it will give you information on it.
Eg: Help Rasterizer_fps <--- This will give info about turning on hud so you can see fps. 1 or 0
sv_ = server var
cv_ = client var
