Holy is right, keygens are not aloud and general programming section, it is to post stuff you have made with source or to ask for help. =)

Yes, you don't need to buy anything if you use a Keygen or a Crack. That is the purpose of them. It is illegal so don't openly say what you do and don't with your programs and such.
