Every file i download comes as a .exe (not sure if its meant to) When i run it it tells me im unauthorized to access the file, i might not have appropriate permissions, i am the comp administrator, why wont it let me/// every file i download from CEF That is...

Maybe its your virus program? Also you can't upload .exe files to CEF so how can you download them?

If you want to upload a .exe file you must .RAR it .Zip it.
