How would you write a .dll file as an aimbot for a game?

My first question is:: I was wondering if i could write a .dll file to inject into a game to make an aimbot. If anyone would like to know the game name it is called thinktanks. You can download a free trial from http://www.garagegames.com. Also im not sure if this is possible but in that game you can script, so im not sure if you could create an aimbot that way.

My second question is:: Could i write a .dll using notepad, if i cant is there any good programs out there that isnt a memory hogger.

My third question is:: Is there any good tutorials out there that describes how to write an aimbot using notepad or a .dll.

uhh aim bot O_o
as a dll..?
try making a normal bot program not as a dll first...
