So far I've been loading a *.CEA to inject some code into my games, however I'd like to know if it's possible to use some sort of trainer creation tool to send this injection and perhaps bind it to a hotkey?

It's a static address that had bout' 9 pointers and my injection simply changes the way the pointers calculate.
