Ok, a fine question I think.
If you cheat a game, for example GTA: Vice City.
You hacked health, and saved ur table.
But when you restart GTA and attach CE to it (with ur table), your health hack doesn't work anymore since the adress changed.
Now I know that that is done by pointers. (or not?)
But then how can you make it to never change the adress?
I am too lazy to hack health everytime..

That is a good question and is explained just the way i like it.
You have to find what writes to the health address you find at the time.
Then that address you find should be static. If that one changes as well, you will have to use the module names base address.
Look in the Cheat tables section for info on this game, i have done some and others have as well.
