I've seen tons of tutorials but none seem to work the way i want them to.

If anyone could point me to a tutorial with which describes System Tray and have these functions:

Right click in system tray and be able to choose some options.
When its minimized, the process disappears from the Taskbar.

Or if some person here on CEF could explain this to me, trust me... I've tried a little over 10 tutorials just today but I still can't manage it to do as i want...

why don't you just use the windows api instead of looking for some delphi wrapper around them?

Example (not in delphi but since they're real APIs you can use them anywhere)
