Alright, I've noticed that the Japanese server has blocked all outside IP's that aren't within its own country, I was curious if anyone knows how to get by this? I've tried multiple things with no avail.

Not sure how much help this could be, but try proxy or spoof.

Well if you can find a proxy to connect to you go to Start> Control Panel>Net work and internet connections(category view) or network connections(classic view) i will explain both methods.

Category View:

From the control panel go to Network And Internet connections then go to network connections. Click create new network on your network tasks. Click next and then click Connect to the Network at my Work place then click next. Click Virtual Private Network connection. Type in what ever for the network i usually type the proxy website, Then click next and insert the Proxy IP and add the short cut to your desktop. After all of this just double click it connect and have fun playing your game.

Classic View:
