Can you allow the trainer it to modify multiple values at once, with the value the user imputed. Like if they type 10 in the box, it won't just set the first value to 10, and the rest to a preset, it will set all of them to 10.

That didn't work for me, with what I was suggesting.. If you hit Add New Entry and then go to the Addresses Tab, then hit Add, you can choose the checkbox "Allow user to change this value", then when you hit OK, and add a new one, You can still change the value box, but you can't check off the "allow user to change this value" tab.
