Cheat Engine

I am on the brink of downloading cheat engine, but like artmoney i'm not sure whether it is clean. I don't have Norton on, only AVG by the way. Is it 100 percent clean? Cheathappens use it, and they are well known and respected by games magazines etc. Is it clean? Be honest.

Oh and while your at it, does anyone know how to Rank Hack and Health Hack Stick Arena using it (if i download)?

As the author it probably doesn't say much, but I didn't add in any spyware.
