so i'm trying to attach a uce thats bypassing gg1034 to 9Dragons. when i open the process list, NINEDRAGONS.exe is hidden. so i open the window list, and try to attach it that way, but it gives me some ERROR shit. any help with this please?

Did you try any UCE ? or is this trying a UCE?

Try using 5.2 CE and see if you get the error.
Also play around with some settings and see if you can get in.

well 9D uses gg rev 1034. so using plain old vanilla uce wont work. i'm using the Viscious engine, and gg isnt detecting it. gg is hiding the process from the process list.

But you attach to the window using a filter and it crashes?

i open the process list in uce, and NINEDRAGONS.exe isnt there, cause gg is hiding it. so i hit the Window List button, and there sits NINEDRAGONS.exe. so i try to attach it that way, and i get an ERROR box with no specific error code or anything. it doesnt crash the game or the uce, it just doesnt want to attach that way :\

ok try this,

window list button, then right click in the window in ce and select filter and type part of the window name in it and attach.

Another step to try.

ok, tryed that. here's the specific error it gives me: Access Violation at address 00528F9E in module 'VE_Alter_1032.EXE'. Read of address 000002F8.

ok, thanks man other than that, i still have the European closed beta client for 9D. and it had no cheat protection, no gg or anything. is there a way to edit it to make it work for the current US game you think? i know it would involve editing what server IP it points to and stuff.

First thing I'd suggest for an Access Violation would be ensure you have the latest DirectX installed correctly. If everything looks good in DxDiag, but it still doesn't seem to work, try redownloading it and installing it fresh.

Now, I assume you're using the Process Watcher to attack it to 9D? Since it has a rootkit, that's going to be pretty much the best way to do it.

If it still isn't working, answer me this; does 9D have a CRC? Do you use ASM scripts, injectable scripts, or just plain "Freeze and change value" type hacks?

If it's the latter; download Rev engine 7.2 (here) and use that instead; I don't believe it can allocate memory, so if that's the case you won't be able to use ASM scripts.

I've been using Rev's engine for 9D, attaching no problem, but any type of injection/editing is resulting in that same error.

man i'm all about shak3's engine, but there's no speed hack. and thats the ONLY thing i'm interested in getting going in 9D right now. NO stand-alone speed hacks that i've come across will work, as they are all either detected by gg or just dont work on the client for some reason.

Look up permedit and grant permision to ce, if u need i can send it cuz its free, but thats up to admins

Did you try hitting File --> Refresh PIDs after loading VE? Shows up on my PermEdit as VE_Alter_1032.EXE

Although not sure how this is helping me atm having it access granted, still get my typical errors.
