Hi gnagna2000, in your trainer, I find if use your trainer and play a canyon duel races, the game will show you win, but still no unlock anything.
Ps. I use it in English version of game.

UNL trainer does give off false heuristic alarms for a damaged version of Zexam, but Zexam (the non-damaged version) is a Win95 virus. I would have to say false alarm.
as to claims about gnagna's trainer having a virus, it's a possablility!! It's packed with Excalibur packer, and it appears to contain a trojan: Win32.Riler.I when scanned.
it appears in both the linked version from gagna's own site, and on the updated GameCopyWorld version.
more info about that trojan can be found here:
http://www.sophos.com/virusinfo/analyses/trojrileri.html
http://vil.nai.com/vil/content/v_104427.htm
http://vic.zonelabs.com/tmpl/body/CA/virusDetails.jsp?VId=40874
http://www.trendmicro.com/vinfo/virusencyclo/default5.asp?VName=TROJ%5FRILER%2EB&VSect=P
and there's other pages, about other variants...
i've looked around on my system for all of the symptoms, and either it never installed any of them, or it figure out that it was a waste of time because of how firewalled i am.
either way, be on the lookout for it, and someone please let us know if you've found something that it's suposedly responsable for doing, with links or a tut on how to remove it.
it of course could be a false alarm...
gagna, is it sposed to be packed with Excalibur???

There are bugs with the cheathappens +19 trainer, it's definite with the "Super Handing/Acceleration" effect, it has big problems for one of the best cars in the game: Porsche Carrera. |
It's strange that another trainer has come out with this effect. It's an effect I accidentally stumbled upon in NFS-MW. What appears to be super handling/acceleration is actually something else entirely. It makes the down-force on your car, greater then normal. Know how you can change your ride height/aerodynamics? Imagine having a force 5-10x greater pushing down on your car. Your wheels stick insanely better, giving you what? Insane grip/acceleration/handling. The problem occurs when you get a car that has high aerodynamics already. The down-force on the car becomes so great that the car bottom actually drags on the ground, causing very awkward speeding/slowing movements.
Here is an example directly from the NFS-MW trainer...
| Code: | // Code - Insane Horsepower and Grip
// For NFS-MW Black Edition v1.3 English/US
00938704:
db 18 B7 D1 3A |
| Code: | // Code - Standard Horsepower and Grip
// For NFS-MW Black Edition v1.3 English/US
00938704:
db 0F 50 6E 3A |
What I found, is that setting the value too high causes a very high end vehicle to act very funky. Not speeding up properly, etc. This could be fixed by lowering the value a tad, giving the lower end cars not as much power as was possible, but letting the higher end cars shine (and not slop) under the same code.
They have another code dealing with this same value. It's the code that deals with making all enemy cars float. (just reverse the logic)
Next topic: The trainer.
Releasing a NFS-Carbon trainer is actually my second priority at the moment. My first priority is to make a trainer front-end which is completely/easily configurable by ini file, which will make the release of future trainers a much quicker process.
Each trainer that is created is built from the previous. Each successive trainer moves closer (But has yet to accomplish) the above first priority/goal. The goal is complete, once we can release a trainer for a new game without having to re-code/compile the trainer EXE
Todays progress:
- 1/2 way done implementing an INI system, which is replacing the Registry/Hard Coded systems completely. This will make the trainer configurable by INI file. Of course, the trainer front end will write to these INI's, so it won't be difficult/confusing for others to edit the trainer.
Next:
- Finish INI system
- Custom this trainer for NFS-Carbon
- Zhoul

ok, everything fixed but with something not very convenient lol
i'll write assembly hex instead of address since JONG have different addresses
search for "83 7e 34 01 75 40" (only consider the first, i don't know if there're more)
change the last 2 bytes to "90 90" (nopping the jmp)
changing this will allow you to win EVERY races (except checkpoint races) AND will set every races you ran in Challenge Series as completed (use with the following)
search for "83 7f 34 01 0f 85 4b 02 00 00" (same as above)
change the last 6 bytes to "90 90 90 90 90 90" (same as above)
changing this will allow you to ... i forgot what exactly it does but it's not very important BUT you will always win in Challenge Series, except checkpoint races), remind to use with the previous changes
using these at the same time is very obvious to get a perfect effect
NOTE: disable it before compete with a boss (it'll crash), only activate it when the first race is about to start

| gnagna, I'm proud to report that setting Compatibility to Win95 mode does indeed make the sucker work! Thanks for your patience in springing it, really appreciated. Wish there was more I could do here to help; everyone seems to have a handle on everything bitwise and I'm sure another graphics guy beat me to the punch for frontends...

Great work !
I find that, you can change Currently selected career car carslots of value to what you get it from Start of carslots of 4Byte SlotNumber, then you can change your career car.
But if you select your car, it will be reset to your original career car.
Ever Start of carslots +14 is a new carslots.
