I know these are similar, but I am trying to practice, and blend all of my techniques, eventually I will learn enough, and I can use a different style each time... I am not that good yet

I have like 4 of them that say that the style is old. Where do I learn new ones. I'm slowly learning new ones, and eventually they wont be as monotonous as they are now.
Can someone tell me what "overly busy tags overall", and "focal point all over the place" mean?
Really are they really too big? I'm not sure.
I am trying to make them less bright. And to Konr, how is this? I still used the effect, but I kinda localized it? Does this work?

This one is not too bright right?
I know it is a similar style.
I used apply, blur, and lighten, but I localized it more.
