O is the combination of A and B antigens in your blood cell, you can't have A B and then another B it doesn't make sense. You could have the alleles for O and B, but then your body will just produce blood cells with either AB or B depending on how it is inherited.
O is the rarest type and the most useful because its a universal donor, the lack of antigens means no body will reject it because the antibodies won't have anywhere to bond onto the cell. H/o nobody is retarded enough to pay $1500 for a bag of blood.

I lol'd. Stop using a Wiki. For one, O+ is the most common blood type out there. 1 in 3 people have O+. Second most common is A+
AB+ and and AB- (AB- Is the rarest being 1 in 167 people)are the rarest blood types out there, O+ is universal because it has no antigens. But it is the most common type of blood.
Nobody buys blood. You donate. Or they take it when you die, along with your organs. (If you're a donor)
In almost all countries 1% or less have type AB- Blood. |

Also people do buy organs/blood but not often in developed countries.
