Most likely more than 3100. I've been working out every day since last Fall. I'm starting to have less time to go to the gym now, but I'm probably eating the same amount though .

But like, i don't get it. I eat a low amount of calories, and i walk errrday, (i know it's not really exercise) but i still gain weight. :/

4000 is not that much, I eat less then my brother, I just eat heavy and rich foods.
Also, I'm bodybuilding at the moment.
From 55kg to 65kg in 2 weeks.
When i hit 70 i'm starting my intense training.
Right now it's just picking up some weights and shit. |
LoL, i eeat eggs all the day -_-.. im body builfing too.. 9 eggs in the morning, any heavy food at lunch and another 9 eggs for diner
