Remember Hoovervilles? (from President Hoover)
Now they're going to be called Bushvilles. |
Well, I have to disagree with "Bushvilles" due to the fact there is an election in a month. |
Yes, but it is Bush that caused this to happen didn't he?
Hoovervilles started at Hoover's 3rd year and it went on until 4 years
after.
However the great Depression was cured because of our Great President
Frank Ros. I dont know weather we're getting a great president after our
depression. | BS. Ros pulled all his shitty ass *social* programs from Hoover. |
But atleast he pulled America out of depression. | no it was WW2 |
He also raised our worth of "wall Street" or whatever it was called back
then. Him pulling us out of WW2 was something he did to raise or
economy because we were spending hundreds of millions of Dollars on
the War which decreased our Value on Wall Street and it also made our
economy go down to the drain. (Just like now.)
I kind of accociate it like this:
George Bush= Hoover
McCain= Ros. | No Ros sucked. He harassed investers like a bitch, raised taxes excessivly high, greatly expanded government, promoted strikes, and passed retarded regulations. Most economicists will tell you that the New Deal didn't solve the Great Depression. Socalism doesn't work. |
Talking about Socalism, you Should take your money away from your
banks because Wancowia and Wamu were purchased by other banks.
Socialism refers to a broad set of economic theories of social organization
advocating state or collective ownership and administration of the means
of production and distribution of goods, and the creation of an egalitarian
society.Modern socialism originated in the late nineteenth-century
working class political movement. Karl Marx posited that socialism would
be achieved via class struggle and a proletarian revolution, it being the
transitional stage between capitalism and communism.
Socialists mainly share the belief that capitalism unfairly concentrates
power and wealth into a small section of society who control capital, and
creates an unequal society. All socialists advocate the creation of an
egalitarian society, in which wealth and power are distributed more
evenly, although there is considerable disagreement among socialists
over how, and to what extent this could be achieved.
Socialism is not a discrete philosophy of fixed doctrine and program; its
branches advocate a degree of social interventionism and economic
rationalization, sometimes opposing each other. Another dividing feature
of the socialist movement is the split on how a socialist economy should
be established between the reformists and the revolutionaries. Some
socialists advocate complete nationalization of the means of production,
distribution, and exchange; while others advocate state control of capital
within the framework of a market economy. Social democrats propose
selective nationalization of key national industries in mixed economies
combined with tax-funded welfare programs; Libertarian socialism (which
includes Socialist Anarchism and Libertarian Marxism) rejects state
control and ownership of the economy altogether and advocates direct
collective ownership of the means of production via co-operative workers'
councils and workplace democracy.
In the 1970s and the 1980s, Yugoslavian, Hungarian, Polish and Chinese
Communists instituted various forms of market socialism combining co-
operative and State ownership models with the free market exchange.[5]
This is unlike the earlier theoretical market socialist proposal put forth by
Oskar Lange in that it allows market forces, rather than central planners
to guide production and exchange.[6] Anarcho-syndicalists,
Luxemburgists (such as those in the Socialist Party USA) and some
elements of the United States New Left favor decentralized collective
ownership in the form of cooperatives or workers' councils.
Explain's alot.

That's been my worry for Obama, assassination. I've seen the vice president debates and Obama's guy seems more than capable if he has to become president in the event Obama is killed.
Obama FTW.

he's just gonna end up dead or assassinated,
why vote for him?
and i think he's somewhere in his mid 30's?
so he barley has any experience at all,
but that's just my opinion |
The older you get, the harder it is for you to learn. McCain is too old and is exactly like Bush. So if you want 4 more years of Bush, then go ahead and vote on McCain. And if you compare Martin Luther King to Obama, then you should vote for Obama. Because MLK was a great(the greatest?) civil rights leader ever, and was the leading spearhead to stop segregation in the US.

Yes, 2 parties are going crazy, and the wall street news about the economic big time screwup of debt.
Also, I hope my dad's company breaks down and we're forced to move to south korea .
But again..., i might have to stay up until 1 AM in the morning and be drafted to military.

| Ignorance is what defines us at humans. We are so socially washed by the media. The bill isn't going to do nothing except make tax payers more mad. The people that borrowed the money should get their fucking house evicted, it's their fault because they bought houses they couldn't afford. The war was started by oil, how did this happen? You chose a red neck to be president. I say pick Obama, how can this country get any more corrupt or worse? We are at an oil crisis and we are in a recession falling straight towards depression. I say take the risk, fuck it. This nation just needs a better leader and thats it.

I also believe that if it does, access to Ivy League Colleges will be easier. (Only if major banks collapse.)
